Broker-free PG hunting, finally

Finding a PG in NCR follows a predictable script: WhatsApp groups, blurry photos, a broker who says "just take a look", and finally a month’s rent as commission — for a room you found yourself.

We are removing that middle step. We find places across Delhi NCR and give you the owner's number, so you arrange the visit yourself. Free for seekers. Free for owners. Zero commission.

How it works

A listing comes in two ways — the owner adds it, or we find the place ourselves through Google Maps and local research and add it for them. Either way it goes live immediately.

Verifying comes after that, and it is what earns a Verified badge: we check the number works, that the place is real and taking tenants, and that the rent, deposit and beds are what the listing says — usually by calling the owner, sometimes from what we can confirm ourselves. We are working through them steadily and most are still waiting their turn, so a listing without the badge says exactly that on its own page rather than leaving you to assume.

A verified listing shows you the rent, the deposit, how many beds are free and the owner’s number. You take it from there with the owner — we stay out of the way.

How we make money

Right now, we don’t — we are still building the platform and growing listings. Later there will be optional paid features for owners (things like featured placement). Seekers will never be charged, and there will never be brokerage.

Who is building this

Rieka Tech Labs is building PG Bazar for Delhi NCR. Small team, simple idea: no brokerage, the owner's own number, and no pretending to know more about a place than we do.
