Brokerage gets you banned
Not "discouraged" — banned. An owner who asks a tenant for brokerage loses the account and every listing on it, with no refund. It's in the terms, and it's the whole reason this site exists.

What does the Verified badge mean?
We reached the owner on the number shown and they confirmed the place is real, available and priced as listed. It is not a property inspection — full detail here, and always see the place yourself before paying.
Can I search by sector?
Yes. Pick a city and the area dropdown opens with every sector, colony and village — Sector 66, Vatika Chowk, Badshahpur, Barola, all of it. Or hit “Near me” and sort by distance.
Why do I need to sign in for the owner's number?
