Take brokerage and you are banned
Asking a seeker for brokerage, a finder's fee, a token amount or a "registration charge" is not allowed on this platform. Not a reduced amount, not "only if it works out", not through a caretaker on your behalf.
If we find you taking brokerage, your account is banned and every listing you have is removed. A banned account cannot sign in or list again — paid plan or not, and no refund on a paid month. Seekers can report it in one tap, and we act on every report.
Seekers are never charged, on either plan. Business Verified buys visibility — it does not buy leniency on this.
Run a service instead of a property?
Maids, tiffin services, laundry, water suppliers, electricians and movers can be listed on daily needs for free. Featured placement is ₹99 + GST a month — you appear above the free listings in your category and show up in the Featured providers only filter.
Before you list
Is it really free, or free for now?
Listing is free and stays free. What may cost money later is optional featured placement — a way to appear higher, not a way to appear at all. We will never take commission on a tenant you find here.
Will you sell my number as a lead?
No. Your number sits on your own listing so tenants can call you, and it's only shown to signed-in users so it doesn't get scraped. We don't sell, rent or share it with anyone — see the privacy policy.
What if I only have one room to rent?
That's fine. A single PG bed, one room in your flat, or a whole 2BHK — same process, same price.
Do you take photos for me?
Not yet. Phone photos in daylight work well — the room, washroom, kitchen and the building from outside. Those four are what tenants look at most.
What happens when the property fills up?
Update the beds-free count or pause the listing from your dashboard. Showing beds as available when they aren't wastes everyone's time and gets listings removed.
I'm not the owner — can I still list?
Only if you're authorised to rent the property out, for example if you manage it for the owner. Broker listings that add a commission on top are not allowed.
