How a listing gets verified
Listings go live when they are submitted. We add the Verified badge once we have spoken to the owner and confirmed the details.
The listing gets created
Either the owner lists it themselves, or our team adds a place we've found — through Google Maps and local research on the ground. It starts as Pending, is public immediately, and does not show a Verified badge.
We call the owner
We confirm the number actually works, that the place is real and taking tenants, and that the owner is happy to be listed. Usually within 24–48 hours.
We confirm the details
Rent, deposit, how many beds are free, the amenities claimed and the photos — all confirmed with the owner and corrected where they don't match.
Verified, or removed
If everything checks out, we add a Verified badge. If we can't reach the owner or the details don't hold up, we remove the listing from the site until they do.
What Verified means
It means we have reached the owner on the number shown, and they have confirmed the place is real, available, and priced as listed.
It does not mean we have inspected the property in person, that we guarantee its quality or safety, that we negotiate rent, or that we are party to any dispute. Always see the place yourself before you pay anything.
Before you pay an advance
Visit the place yourself. Get the rent and deposit in writing. Never pay brokerage to anyone — nobody on this platform has the right to charge it.
Found something wrong?
If a listing doesn’t match reality, or someone asks you for commission — report it right away. We’ll check and take the listing down.
